These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of worldwild.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by World Wild LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“World Wild,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products, colors and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen, and minor differences in finish, size or packaging may occur between batches. Product images are for illustration purposes.
Some of our products, such as knives, hatchets, fire starters and cooking tools, can be dangerous if misused. You are responsible for using them safely, following all instructions, and complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to their purchase, possession and use where you live.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, even after it has been confirmed. If your payment has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted until it ships.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (WooPayments, powered by Stripe, and PayPal). By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, and delivery times may vary by product. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. For full details, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed delivery address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away through our Contact page if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Reviews and Content You Submit
If you post reviews, comments or other content on the Site, you confirm that it is truthful, reflects your own experience, and does not violate anyone’s rights or any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Upload viruses, malicious code or anything that may harm the Site or its users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users’ accounts
- Copy, scrape or reproduce the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Purchase products for resale without our prior written consent

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and design, is the property of World Wild or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Wild, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Wild and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or of any product, or from your violation of these Terms or of any law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us through our Contact page so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
