- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, products viewed, time spent on the Site and links clicked
- How you arrived at the Site (for example, from an ad or a search engine)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfill and ship your orders
- Communicate with you about your orders, returns and support requests
- Send you marketing emails, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
- Show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms
- Comply with our legal obligations
3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use the following third-party tools:
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads lets us measure the performance of our ads and show you ads on Google and partner sites. You can manage your preferences in Google Ad Settings.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram Ads) lets us measure our ads and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage your preferences in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
- WooCommerce cookies keep your cart and session working, and record how you found our store.
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, although some features of the Site may then stop working.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business:
- Payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal), to process payments and prevent fraud
- Suppliers and fulfillment partners, some located outside the United States, to prepare and ship your order (name, shipping address, phone number and order contents)
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package and provide tracking
- Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta), as described in Section 3
- Email service provider, to send order and marketing emails
- Hosting and technical providers, to operate the Site
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
5. “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under some U.S. state privacy laws (such as California’s), using advertising cookies and pixels to show you targeted ads may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
You can opt out at any time by:
- Sending us a request through our Contact page with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or
- Turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We treat it as a valid opt-out request.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals, as described above.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Access and receive a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising and the “sale” or “sharing” of your information
To make a request, please reach out through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Data Retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption on the entire Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. International Transfers
Some of our service providers and suppliers are located outside the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection rules.
